Don Henley analysis video

This is an interesting watch, although I don't think it will be up for long.

Basically, it's an analysis of whether Don Henley has mimed on the live versions of "Desperado". 

I'm not a lawyer, but I don't think (despite it being fairly compelling) it completely meets a "burden of proof".
