A recommended luthier accessible from Todmorden?

My son lives in Todmorden and is looking for a luthier to replace tuners, refit the magnetic pickup, and set up an archtop floating bridge style acoustic guitar.

 

It's a Yun Zhi made in Beijing and looks roughly like this:

 

 

Any one got any recommendations?
