waynepunkdude
Oh, I did once find an OLP guitar with a Marshall MG30DFX that I thought I had sold in my dad's loft.

Thread here if you want to see the pix: LINK
Aaaaww, I wanted an end to that story
Stingray5
Wow, I had a real shock today when I went to check my loft.... I realized I don't have one!! Probably 'cos I'm in a ground-floor flat.... Mind you, I saw that the couple above me do have a rather nice old Persian rug. Shame about the bloody great hole in the middle of it! Golchen
I'm going to buy a vintage Fender jazz bass, hide it in the loft then move house.

Mr Fudge
I don't venture up the loft too often because it hurts my feet. I do remember seeing Lord Lucan, Shergar and Gary Glitter up there in a menage a trois.
maxrossell
I'm in. Not only did I not find any vintage Fenders in my loft, I also failed to find any rare vinyls, there were no bottles of '73 Chateauneuf-Du-Pape, no turn-of-the century, mint-condish childrens' toys and ornaments for Michael Aspel to gawp at, there was not even a hint of an undiscovered Van Gogh back there, no priceless jewellery or silver, and to add insult to injury, I discovered no evidence whatsoever that I'm a direct descendent of royalty and third in line for the throne. I did, however, find a couple of Beanos from the mid-nineties.
Buzz
Not my loft, but earlier this year I went up into one of my friends student house's loft, found some Amiga 500's and 1200's, lots of dogdy eastern films, and some 80's porn. Also found an old school boom box. The porn was rubbish, but for some odd reason 8 drunk students did find it quite amusing.
Twigman
I went in my loft and although I didn't find any vintage Fenders I did find:
A crappy old kay p-bass which I thought I'd taken down the tip 2 full seasons of Leeds United programs from 1974-5 and 1975-6 - strange as I support Sunderland and have never been anywhere near Elland Road ??? The Bass Doc
2 full seasons of Leeds United programs from 1974-5 and 1975-6 - strange as I support Sunderland and have never been anywhere near Elland Road ???
If you support Sunderland I wouldn't recommend going near Elland Road especially if you were to mention the 1973 Cup Final. Anyway, best of luck at Portsmouth tonight.
BigRedX
When I moved into my house there was nothing interesting from a musical perspective in the loft. What I did find was an old "sit-up-and-beg" style bicycle. However even after removing the wheels and handlebars it still wouldn't fit through the loft hatch. In the end I had the hack-saw the frame apart to get it out.
