Tc electronic bc250 and Bluetooth

I bought a used phone and cannot Bluetooth connect with my iPhone and so cannot bean TonePrints. Can anyone advise if I have to reset it somehow to clear the previous owners pairing ? Manual not much help and little on google 

 

also is the pc software worth using ?

I have the bh250 and i beam toneprints through the pickups.  

 

My phone sends out a tone and i hold it up to my pickups

Is the app paired with the bh250?

No. Nit paired at all.

 

Make sure youre selecting the amp not the pedal for the toneprint list 

 

Hold on one sec

Make sure toure choosing that

When tou click that, you'll see this screen. See how it says "toneprints fir bass amps"

 

Click the effect and toullcsee beam to amp. 

 

Hold that up to the pickups while tour bass is plugged in

You pair it with the plethora and some pedals, but not the amps

Does your amp have one or two toneprint slots?

 

The older ones inly have one, but the newer have two and you need a three button switch to go between them.

I think it’s the newer one, I read about it in the manual

What does the tc 3 switch do apart from that TonePrint switching?

The third switch activates the mute. 

 

1 button toneprint a 2 button toneprint b 3 button mute

The Digitech fs3 is a cheaper alternative to the tc one 😉😉
