One of those useful pedals which are often hard to find. 

I used it to switch between basses, routing to an amp with a single input, but no longer need it.

Operation is completely passive, so although there is an internal battery it is only there to light a Red or Yellow LED to show which input you are using

 

Missing one screw on the case, but otherwise just minor road-wear
