I inadvertently found myself with 6 Precisions at one time in around 2008, mostly due to a spate of selling and buying getting a little out of whack (not for the first time). But wow, 8 Precisions is some serious shit, I take off my hat to you 👍

Love that roadworn looking PJ in the middle!

I picked up a lovely ‘60s-style P bass at the weekend (the surf green). I’ve not owned this many Fenders before so good timing on the thread! The picture is cropped to within an inch of its life but (from left to right) it’s a P with rounds, P with flats, passive jazz, fretless jazz and active jazz. The active jazz is getting most of the love because it has a detuner and it’s made it easy to play drop D. The basses are all stock save for the active which has Lindy-Fralin pick-ups and a 3 Leaf preamp.

Nice collection there.  A Duff McKagan PJ is a bass I'd love to add to my collection

If you could only keep one of the Ps, which would it be?

The sunburst 70's Classic P...... and for PJ it would be the FSR with John East.
