PRICE DROP TO Ā£80

Ā

Loaded PJ body, supposedly has vintage schallers in the P position and a tonerider in the jazz position.Ā

Controls are Volume, Blend and tone.

Ā

WIRING WILL NEED TO BE REDONE as there is a lot of buzzing and the P pickup doesn't seem to work, after looking it seems the solder has come off the tone pot (i do not know how to solder or how basses are wired up)

Ā

Some form of unmarked Hi-Mass bridge that feels lovely and look pristine.

Ā

The body has many bumps and bruises which I have pictured (mojo šŸ˜Ž) and is an 80's aria body.

Ā

It was put together by Chandler guitars in London and I acquired it in a trade last year so apologise about my lack of information.

Ā

Trades for anything are considered, let me know. Local pickup in or around Berkshire preferred but I can look into shipping it if needed.

The bridge looks like it is a hipshot kickass ā€” Nice!

Ā

All looks nice and am tempted but would be good to see some photos under the guard and of the back of the Precision PUPs?Ā

What is the weight, please?

Iā€™m unsure, as my bathroom scale is broken, my best guess would be around 3kg? the bridge adds a lot of weight.

I've never seen a Precision pickup made up of two different bits!Ā  Every day's a school day, eh?

I wonder if that's the "local pickup" mentioned in the OP?

Itā€™s certainly why I asked for a photo months ago as I was interested in buying, not sure seller is all that interested in selling however šŸ¤”

In regards to the pickup, i have no clue why itā€™s different, the person who traded it to me didnā€™t mention it and just said it was an old dimarzio. A complete oversight in my behalf.

Apologies for taking so long. Hereā€™s the gut shots, looks like a bit of a shabby job to me, the bits of tape that have come off i assume is why the p pickup doesnā€™t work, and the snapped ground wire explains the buzzing.Ā
