NellyOnBass
Hello folks just wondering if anyone can please help me here, recently got a tc bh250 to dabble with at home and I've ran in to a few snags, I got the TC Helicon Switch 3 to mute and turn toneprint off/on when needed however none of the switches mute the bass? Second I got a ditto looper and it's all running smooth however when I record there's no volume through the amp only on playback? Lastly I'm using an S21 Ultra and got an AUX cable to jam over drum loops on my phone but when it's connected to the head it says unsupported device on my phone? Please bare in mind I'm new to this head and I've connected everything up as described in the manuals (switch 3 to the pedal input on the back of the head) (ditto powered from ac adapter on side, input to bass and output to bass head) and the AUX cable is a straight forward input on the back of the head?? I'm racking my brain as to why nothing appears to be working as it should and I'm hoping it's a minor issue and maybe I'm missing something, please all help will be greatly appreciated and thank you in advance. I'm using the cable that came with it mate, updated the head on my Mac and now it only mutes on 2 channels without cutting the toneprint out????? Very frustrating

Geek99
I was referring to the alternative choices of switch offered. Alternatively perhaps yours has a fault, do you know anyone you could borrow one off?

Bigguy2017
First, are you using a TRS cable? With just a TRS cable into the amp footswitch jack, try shorting T to S and R to S. This should give Toneprint on/off and Toneprint 1/2 switching as per diagram below Re Aux connection - how are you connecting from the phone? Out the phones socket (use a stereo minijack cable), or USB out the phone using a converter cable? Plug the minijack cable into the amp - touching the other plug end should give some buzz if working. This is the lead that came with it mate, I'm unsure if this is the correct TRS or not?
NellyOnBass
On a positive note I've now managed to get the AUX cable working with an old Samsung pad, it's strange newer phones etc don't support the head I've found but it's a problem solved, also I've tried 3 different adapters on the Ditto Looper and I've found one that now works perfectly also so another problem solved (it was clearly a fault in 2 of my power supplys) now if I could just get the foot switch to work properly ill be a very happy man thank you all for everything. NellyOnBass
I've heard the ditto looper pedal needs 1000mA on the adapter however the 9v one I'm currently using is 600mA will that make a difference?
