Where can I get a 35" replacement neck?

Hey,

The neck on my KSD 5 string proto j is warped and needs replacing. I'm strugging to find a replacement as it's long scale 35" and there only seem to be 34" available in the UK. I'm a little hesitant about ordering it from abroad given customs regulations about wood. 

Ideally I would like to send the old neck to someone so they can accurately measure the heel and make a replacement for under £500, much beyond that and I might as well just buy another bass!

Can anyone recommend someone that does this?

Shuker will make replacement necks, starting at £400. It'd be worth an enquiry.
