Anyhoo, I decided to reach out to Jam pedals to see if they could do anything. So I just wanted to post and praise what for the most part is a rare example of outstanding customer support. They arranged transport to collect the Pedal, repaired it, returned it in good time at zero cost. Just thought I´d share here in gratitude.
