steviedee Posted June 12, 2024 Posted June 12, 2024 (edited) We are looking for a power supply to power some studio preamps, 24v 500ma , I think Yankee do some and Jad freer but anyone have any other options. I think it needs about 8 outputs. https://yankee.com.pl/hs-m12-power-supply/ Edited June 12, 2024 by steviedee Quote
nekomatic Posted June 12, 2024 Posted June 12, 2024 500 mA each, or 500 mA total? Any idea if the outputs need to be isolated from each other? 1 Quote

I think it’s 500 ma each but I’d need to check and they need to be isolated. The Jad Freer Domino looks perfect but it might have a fan which could be a deal breaker 😔 Quote
nekomatic Posted June 16, 2024 Posted June 16, 2024 That’s quite a lot of power, unless these are valve amps - I wonder if they actually need that much? Anyway I have no clever ideas sorry. Your cheapest option is probably going to be an 8-way mains strip and individual 24 V adapters. 1 Quote

Studio mic preamps, I’m not sure what normal power is but knowing the person in question he’ll know them inside out, I personally don’t have a clue 😀. The Jad Freer domino looks perfect he is contacting them to see about the fan. Quote
