SKB 1SKB-44RW hardshell case?

I was gifted a SKB 1SKB-44RW hardshell case. It's a like armour plating, such good quality. I have the keys for the lock but the combination has been long forgotten. Does anybody know how the reset the TSA 007 combination lock.

 

On the reverse of the lock is a panel which can be unscrewed.  I'm wondering if there is a re set mechanism behind the cover. I can't find anything on the Web to help
