I fitted one to a Reverend Triad with excellent results. This identical switch is surplus to requirements.

Seconded, these are fantastic switches.  Funnily enough I have one in my Reverend Triad also!

 

Doddle to install, solder pads make it a piece of the proverbial, and takes up not much more room than a standard five way blade switch.
