Hey all,

 

If anyone has one currently or has had one of these before, could you comment on how sensitive the dB meter is in relation to the release settings please?

 

I’ve been playing around with mine and the meter doesn’t seem to differ much in how it retracts with the release set fully both ways. I can hear a difference, but can’t see one (unlike an Empress comp for example that is more sensitive with it’s LEDs).

For reference the threshold is normally set low and ratio high to get the comp effect going some.

I had one. To be honest I never looked at the metering and just trusted my ears.
