Lakland strings

Hi all

I have a Lakland JOBO V and am having a bit of trouble locating strings for it, it's a 35" neck strung through, I am also intrested in flats for the same, any advice on UK retailers, string brands etc would be really helpfull and much appreciated.

I can recommend DR strings - hibeams, sunbeams or the fatbeams. Available from most places like stringbusters or stringsdirect etc. I haven't tried any flats on mine so can't speak for them.

I fitted TI Flats onto my JOBO 5.

I own a 55-02. It's a 35". I'm not using flats but the strings I use are Foderas extra long scale and are very good also through body !

Did you try Lakland strings?
They dont do flats but i use their Nicks and love them on my 55-01
around £27 for two sets inc delivery.

I love em but can't seem to get 5's anywhere, could I ask where you got them from.

I order them off the Lakland website. Takes about 10 days to come through.
