Powering a Neunaber with a 9v battery; is it possible?

So for various, boring reasons I wont go into, I have an interest in powering my Neunaber Wet Stereo with a standard 9v battery. I tried using something like the image below but no joy sadly.

Does anyone know of a way this can be done?

Alternatively, I would consider powering it using a power bank unit, so a secondary question would be - does a suitable USB -> 2.1mm centre neg lead exist?

Thanks in advance

Depending on the current consumption (specs say 100 mA) you may be able to use a battery. But just one 9 V battery will not be feasible. Its ability to push current is so limited. Any rechargeable (and bigger) unit would be usable.
