BigRedX Posted July 4, 2012 Share Posted July 4, 2012 I think it's a bit of both. The outer walls left and right should be straight vertical so any distortion can be measured from that. To me the frame work has more curvature than I would expect when compared to the walls. BTW it's not fish-eye at all just the poor quality of lenses that come with the cheaper cameras and on mobile phones. I spend a good proportion of my time in Photoshop correcting for this kind of thing because the client is too cheap to use a decent camera or get a proper photographer but still wants all the straight lines on their products to look straight in the photos used in their literature and website.
