An older MEC 2 Band EQ, this was taken out of Warwick Streamer a few years ago. I think everything is operational, I have the wiring diagram which I can attach to this thread when I find it! 

 

Active / Passive / push pull 

Blend 

Bass

Treble 

Potted Preamp
