Error code when trying to post an ad code EX1644

Anyone know what this means? It's all getting very frustrating.

Hi, Sorry, I didn't see this in general discussion, no I doubt many people know what this is, it actually means 'Too many sales'. 

A limit was put in last year of the maximum amount of open sales that could exist at any given time, and that error is that you have hit the limit (offhand, it is about 11 I think as I can't count to 10).
