I might eb able to tell froma closeup, nickel is more fragile, less bright - even yellowish - and tarnishes more. I want nickel as you can 'age' it with vinegar fumes.

Thanks. I can't be sure but I think those are probably stainless.  If anyone can say differently or knows a test... please speak up!
