Hasn't posted a price mind you https://www.facebook.com/share/p/6gjLXSrPwYhXK6TN/ There were Italian & Japanese versions of these - I think this one's MIJ (from the pickups/tuners) but can't really be sure without pics of the back - Italian ones were made by Eko. Never owned or seen one in the flesh, so unfortunately can't help beyond that. @prowla - D'you know anything about these, Paul?

I had an old one for a while; it's common for them to lose the "S" on the tailpiece. The RM shop also did a reissue 10-15 years ago and they really hiked the price (£899.99, I think). This is a 1970 RM catalogue which matches the one in the pic. I think 1970 and those tuners makes it Italian (Eko).

The tuners are what makes me think MIJ - they look a pretty close match for mid/late 60s units used by Teisco, amongst others.

It's possible I got it the wrong way round and they started off being MIJ and then swapped to Italy. I think the edges of the tuner keys are fluted outwards though.
