Look at the time it's telling me I can't send another PM until and my clock in the bottom right hand corner - only about 5 minutes difference. Anyone know why this is happening? I can see how it can be useful in those circumstances, but it’s so annoying if you’re trying to send a few PMs in a short space of time.
