Tourtech small pedal board with soft case, holds ~5 pedals. Dimensions are 500mm x 135mm. It sits quite close to the ground, so I've added some slighly higher feet to accommodate a power supply underneath (these can easily be removed though) and have also cut a slot on the underside to allow for easier installation of the power supply.

 

In good condition, with 3M velcro attached. The soft case is great - nice amount of padding and a really good size side pocket.
