Having originally ordered 3 of these a few years ago (one has already been sold) I find that I am only really using one and need to pay for something else so this is up for sale!

 

Full spec is below, this was a custom order as at the time you could only get a 4 string Mr Tee. It has been professionally refinished and reliced in ocean turquoise metallic nitro (as I got a bit bored with the flame maple) by a very well known refinisher who does a lot for some big names...

 

It is in very very good condition, it hasn't really been played very much TBH. Comes with original soft case, very high quality leather strap (unused), all paperwork and an unworn (size S) Marusczyk t-shirt! Can be collected from High Wycombe or Marylebone station or I can post at cost, I have plenty of shipping cartons.

 

I will add the weight later on but it's not heavy 🙂 ->3.7kg

That is fantastic looking, everything is just right. I’m not normally a fan of that shape on a bass, but Maruszczyk have nailed it with this.

Cracks in the nitro finish, completely natural.

Hi, yep it's E-C. Never tried a B as I only ever play E-C on 5s.

I also LOVE this. I’ve always wanted a 5 string with a tele shaped body. But I use B-G, not E-C - I wonder if that would work? Goes off to research…

Seems like type and gauge of string is a big factor. Happy to restring this with a buyer's choice of strings (within reason, no gold-plated stuff). I'll actually have a look in my string box today and see if I have a low B that would fit as an experiment.

Sadly I didn't have anything suitable but if anyone is seriously interested in the bass and would like me to string it B-G then let me know what strings you'd like. I'm pretty sure with the right strings it'll work nicely.

No, sorry! It's 44mm. I must have copied that off the configuration incorrectly but just got the callipers out to check and it's 44.
