Aguilar Tonehammer Pedal - DI out iffy

Hi all,

 

i know… 15 year old pedal I should be upgrading…. but DI seem to be cutting out and the pre/post button no longer engages. 
 

tried contacting Aguilar and was forwarded to Korg USA. no reply. 
 

just thought if anyone can repair or has any idea what to do.

my guess is as a mechanical part, after all the years the pre/post switch is broken and is causing the cutouts 

 

wicked sounding pedals however old
