It was sold, but the buyer thought the fan was too noisy, so I gave a refund and received the amp back. I never noticed the fan on a gig but in fairness to the buyer, it is more obvious in a quiet setting. On it's return, I gigged it several times and thought about keeping it. Spoke to Dan Gooday at Ashdown and he said the fan noise is common on these amps compared to the current model and happy to change the fan and give a full service for around £35.
