I've come to a conclusion

Nah man i'm talking about long sustains (with little degradation) at quiet - decent volume levels, the only comp i've had that could do that was a monte modded cs-3. It does a good job holding single notes nice and full beyond where your sustain would normally tail off. It's mainly for a few parts in songs i've got
