I tried Sell Us Your Guitar's online quote system.  About a week later they sent me a rather insulting offer.  I assumed I would maybe get two thirds of the price that i would get by selling privately but they offered about 25% of a private sale value.  I declined their offer and sold the bass a few days later for much much more
