Jonesy
It's a Westbury Track 2, they also made a double P version. Lovely, ain't they. I'm always tempted when they come up for sale Edited August 19 by Jonesy
Lozz196
Is that Muttley from The Macc Lads, if so it’s some form of Westone.
Jonesy
I think Dimarzio's are standard on em and they supposedly fairly heavy
lemmywinks
Just tag @Bassassin to save time! Looks like someone has already replaced the bendy bridge in the first pic. Edited August 19 by lemmywinks
lemmywinks
The Track IV looks a lot nicer IMO, some of the prices are mental though.

Small and light weight with a DiMarzio P pickup and Schaller tuners. An amazing and comfortable little bass with red hot output and a very distinctive look about it. Fingers crossed you can find a light one! I think they're all mahogany bodied and fairly deep front to back, so generally tend to be heavier than you'd think by looking at them. I've never even played one though (just always tempted when I see one come up for sale), so could well be talking out of my arse.
Guest
Maybe light weight was written by someone who thinks 11 lbs is fine

I've got one. It's compact but not really tiny - maybe he's a big lad in the pic! Replaced the (very) bendy original bridge on mine with a less bendy 80s MIJ 3-point, but otherwise it's stock. That's a DiMarzio Model P on mine - but some (probably later ones) had generic MIJ pickups. Gotoh tuners (doubt any had Schallers from new) & weighs 8.8lbs/4kg, but maybe slightly less without all the dust. Would definitely trade up to a Track IV - always fancied a 2xP but (somehow) never had one. Yet!

Funnily enough I weighed mine tonight as I'm putting it up for sale - 10.5lb/4.7kg! Just out of interest what does the switch do? I think in the unhelpful video I was mistaking the body curves to be more parallel with the pickguard shape, something like....
dudewheresmybass
I suspect that might have more to do with the angle of the picture than any 'shape reduction'
Guest
Ok different angle. When I was watching the gloomy 80s footage, I was mistaking the shape for something like this: And while Tristan in the photos I posted is a fair bit chunkier than, say, Douglas Colvin, I think the real issue was my seeing the bass that I wanted to see 😬 Edited August 22 by Munurmunuh
