decent example, limited edition (... rare?...), non-original case:  maybe he hit the '9' twice in error (?) .. although he says "... The asking prices reflects the latest offer (open to realistic offers in excess) ...."

Must be a typo, surely! I had the fretless version that was being sported by Sting and Colin Moulding around 1980, and it was a beautifully made bass, but weighed an absolute ton.

Bass Bros have a very similar model in a dark stain finish for sale at a 10th of the price, so I felt compelled to let the seller know. I'll report back if they respond!
