Pre-wired concentric control plate?

I really don't like the J-Retro preamp in my Lakland JO5 so I'd love to bring the bass back its original state, with the passive stacked knob setup. I'd like to get a pre-wired harness. I know Lindy Fralin makes them but they're out of stock and could take a while. 920D Custom also makes one but they don't seem to be available to ship to Europe...Sooooooo Google really doesn't help me. Can you guys?

Looks good! I'd like it to be a whole control plate with knobs and all, but this looks very promising

Basschat member @KiOgon who makes excellent wiring looms. I have one in my 5 string PJ and it’s an absolute work of art that doesn’t deserve to be hidden away under the pick guard.
