HH 4x12 Cab amp suggestions

Hi ,My son has  bought an old HH bass cab running four  16 ohm and 360 watt speakers  but struggling to find a modern affordable amp to match. Would rewiring to 4 ohms be a better option.

If it's loaded with four 16 ohm speakers they may be wired to 4 ohms already.
