You don't state which model of amp, but the spec for all of them gives minimum speaker impedance as 4 Ohm, so two 8 Ohm cabs in parallel would be OK. If either cab has 'daisy-chain' sockets, they simplify cabling; otherwise you will need an Y-speakon cable or a 'splitter' box to be able to connect it all together.
