Anyone played an Overwater Expression?

Spotted an Expression up for sale recently and wondered what they were like to play?

Hi Barrie,

played the first one they ever built...... a lot heavier than you'd expect, it played like a well set up electric bass as opposed to how badly some acoustic basses can play. I was seriously considering one when we had an acoustic side line with the U2 stuff called "Folk U2"

I was using a Victor Bailey and struggling with feedback live, the robust construction meant if was far less prone to feedback than your typical ac bass

Simply the best acoustic bass i've ever had my hands on, sits lovely on the lap with the thigh cut away

I have vaguely had my eyes open for a nice acoustic I could noodle around whilst sitting on the sofa of an evening.

Body looks quite deep - does this make it feel a bit bulky?
