Bass Tutor Wanted in Liverpool

Hi, I'm looking for a modern bass tutor to help me improve my technique and knowledge of bass and tone itself, be it from an amp and the bass

I'm playing mostly indie and metal, but learn rap basslines for practise and fun. I don't want to really be taught songs, just techniques and how to structure a bassline properly.
