Fender Nate Mendel Precision Bass from 2012.

 

The bass has been used, so has user marks on top of the relic. The frets show some wear, but the bass plays fine with a low action.
The pickup has been replaced with a Fender USA original pickup, which sounds great.

It has been set-up with La Bella flats, a great match in my opinion.

I am located in the Netherlands. Try out and pickup is possible of course, but shipping is no problem too (buyers risk).

Not sure what is considered heavy or light for this bass, but I think it's around 4.2kg.

It's the wonderful B profile neck. Between a 60s Pbass and a Jazz. Exactly the right size for my hands. Super comfortable.

Lovers of pedantry will enjoy hearing that the published nut width of the Nate Mendel is 0.010" (0.25mm) more narrow than the regular B profile, 1.615" vs 1.625"

Based on his '71 i believe. i A/B'd one against my '71  and the neck feel and playability was identical. They did a good job..
