I've updated my password which is working now on one device, but the account is still locked and I'm unable to log in or do anything. Even on this device, if I go to the settings area of my account it prompts me for a password, and when I enter it it says my account is locked, despite being logged in. Not to my knowledge but I will double check. That was on my phone, for what it's worth. I have, however, just successfully logged in from another device (my laptop) so perhaps it's resolved.
