Standalone 8 Track recorder. Also acts as an audio interface, and DAW controller and sampler. 
Pretty much covers most bases for recording. Comes with an SD card.

Runs on mains (PSU supplied) or batteries so is great for on the road capturing ideas. Has drum machine built in, loads of fx for guitar/vox and mixing. 
 

Bought this at the same time my wife bought me (unbeknownst to me) an Audio Interface I’d also been looking at for a while. This is excess to requirements.
