NBD - Harley Benton MV-4JB Gotoh

New to me, picked up second hand, gotoh equipped jazz bass.

This is now strung with some flats and I am blown away with how nice it is / plays.

 

Previous owner had upgraded jack and installed a series / parallel push pull pot. 

 

It's lighter than I expected, certainly less weighty then my atk 400.

 

Might have gotten lucky but I'd recommend this

Nice bass, indeed. Harley Benton is one of those companies that react to the demands of their customers.

I have two of their basses, and regarding the price I always accepted  tuners of  lower quality on them. But those  Gotohs are a real upgrade, aren´t they?
