sifi2112 Posted Sunday at 16:03 Share Posted Sunday at 16:03 (edited) Great pedal from James Brown (Peavey 5150 designer) these Amptweaker pedals actually have some really clever features .. this one was designed for strat / tele single coil type guitars that needed less top & more bottom .. works well on bass for Muse type bass like on hysteria & starlight, just turn ‘tight’ knob down for fuller bass. Runs off 9v battery or psu upto 18v for more headroom/clarity. Effects loop pre or post (switch underneath) which is only on when pedal engaged (red led) I had envelope filter with distortion for example & another loop (side track) for when pedal is off (green led) so whatever is in loop is now active with one stomp !
