Small beer to many of you but I have to perform this tmrw with someone I’ve never played with, with lacerated fingertips

 I took some comfort from the fact that the bass player is using a stingray like mine 

- it seemed to dispel the cover version dilemma quite nicely

Yeah, that intro really grated with me.

It's one of those songs that can really just seem to go on.. and on.. unless it's done with some passion and energy, which sadly that first version seemed to be lacking.

After delving down rabbit holes and finding out how to use ffmpeg, I got it synced much better (earlier post edited).
