Is there an issue with Talkbass atm?

Hi chaps

Forgive me discussing a different forum here, but I've been trying to log in to TB all day, but apparently my account is locked. I follow the breadcrumbs, but it tells me to change my password and then I end up going around in circles.

 

Any ideas?

Working fine for me right now, but I am already logged in.

Same thing happens if I try to log in using Chrome but it works OK with Safari (Bing). It's been like this for a few days.

I am practically computer illiterate so I have no idea what's going on.

Just logged in right now using my Android 14 phone: absolutely no issues.

Just tried.Had to wait for a 6 digit passcode in an email,enter that and then be told that I should change my password.Now its telling me to log in,and when I click that it tells me that I'm already logged in.What a palaver!

Did you recently say Leo didn't get it right first time, by any chance, or even possibly just think it?

I’ve just been prompted to change my password, did so, and now when I try to log in, it states that I’ve been “banned temporarily” by the site owner. Which is odd.

 

EDIT: I seem to be logged in now after leaving it for a bit. Weird bug 🤷‍♂️.

That's what happens when you set as a password 'TrumpIsAFoolAndCriminal'.

I had to log in again with the 6 digit code but it's been fine since then.

I haven't been on the site for a while now; they did an "upgrade" which decided I couldn't set my window size*,so I stepped away for a while.

 

*Well, I could set my window size, but the content didn't resize so I'd just get blank padding to the sides.

There are many issues with talkbass, but not the ones involving logging on or getting to the site!

Yeah all good now.Minor glich.Had to change my PW tho'.
