It has a properly voiced preamp and an 8 inch speaker. Handy features include an audio in for connecting an ipod or CD to play along to. The speaker is rated at 25w so you can drive the amp with a pedal and make it pretty loud if you want (not that I have been doing that- this amp is totally un-thrashed!)
