A great opportunity to own a remarkable bass that will never go back into production again, in near mint condition. Made in 1994 lined fretless 5 string, USA hand made by the late master luthier Greg Curbow. Quilt maple top, purple heart back, all Rockwood neck, Bartolini pickups & preamp, ABM bridge, sperzel locking tuners. The bass is almost new condition, not a dent or a scratch, totally clean. Fretboard shows very little signs of wear. I'm the original owner and only used it for a few recording projects over the years. Always kept in its case in my smoke free studio. Comes with original Curbow HSC in excellent condition with some minor signs of wear. Tools are also included + original Curbow 1994 catalog and control layout sheet from the Curbow shop. The necks on these basses are fantastic. Stiff and stable, buffed to a smooth silky feel. Neck has two truss rods and graphite bars. It rarely needs an adjustment as weather apparently has no effect on Rockwood. price is £1900 + shipping. Bass is located in Israel.
