It's advertising the world's most spectacular Taylor Swift tribute show or rather, the auditions for a "Taylor" which appears to be the bit they're actually missing in the lineup. Sort of reminds me of those "Do you want to join my Queen tribute act? This all feels like a very tight deadline for a very big show. I am guessing that they want a professional and experienced singer who can just parachute into an existing band.
