Any big music shops around where you could put up an ad?

Local papers?


Times are tough right now, especially for more expensive items.
Keep at it. It's a great instrument and should eventually sell.

Alex,

This may sound a little dumb, but it has worked for me on at least three occasions.

Change the title of the thread to "Mo Clifton Electric Double Bass / Electric Upright Bass / EUB for sale".

The search engines will pick this up and you'll get a sale for someone new to Basschat. This worked for me when I sold a KYDD Piccolo, a Takamine eub and a Bridge eub. Each time, just as I was about to give up on the sale, someone picked it up via Google.

After trying to sell it and nobody wanting it enough I have decided it would be stupid to get rid of such a good bit of gear even if it hasn't been played for ages!!!
Good excuse to get it out and have a bash...
