niceguyhomer Posted May 28, 2009 Posted May 28, 2009 I'm really loving my Ashdown RC EVO II and thought I might get it serviced when I go away on holiday in a few weeks time. I went on their site 15 minutes ago and typed out my message enquiring about service costs etc and then clicked 'send'. Less than 1 minute later I got a reply from a guy called Chris - at 7pm . I knew their service was reputed to be good but that's a bit amazing in this day and age. Just had to share that witcha. Quote

Dubs Posted May 28, 2009 Posted May 28, 2009 Much better than Halfords then - I got a reply today from an email that I sent 14 days ago about a problem that I've had for 26 days! The email was completely unhelpful as well. Good to hear about good service from Ashdown though. Quote
