Not sure it counts as an effects pedal. Second hand. Arrived and it was DOA. 🤦‍♂️ 

Took the base off and the tube wasn’t plugged in 😂

Sorted that ( it’s really hard to get your fingers in to apply enough pressure on the tube to locate it). 
Now we have sound!

Next, 3 of the pots are really noisy. Messaged the seller again saying it needs a service. Agreed a partial refund to cover the cost. 
Will have it back in a week. 
Has anyone any tips, especially using the Shift Line power amp IRs that you can build on the website?

Scratchy, crackle when turned. I know a guy who’ll strip it and service it for £20 so I’d rather let him do it.

That's a very simple to fix if the pots can be seen. If they are not visible, then you need to remove the PCB. Not too complicated.

PCB needs to come out, so I’m not doing it 😂
