Help with dating a Yamaha Bass.

Hi,I'm struggling with dating this Yamaha bass.Anyone able to date it.Very much appreciate the help if poss.

When i zoom in with my phone picture it looks like the letters and numbers are HMN233289 .I maybe wrong though.

Looks like HMN233289 as you say, which would make it July 2016? Any other pictures?

That's what i thought regarding the letters and numbers. So 2016 then,that's great ,the power of Basschat shines through again.Thanks a lot but, How did you come up with that year and date. then?

Only just dug the Bass out having not played it for 6 years,I couldn't remember when I bought it so this throws some light onto the situation. I may be looking to sell it to fund another purchase. Or maybe not when i'm reminded just how good these sound and the build quality for the price as well.
