According to eBay, he’s sold 754 items. He’s received 2010 reviews (at least 1,256 of them for purchases he’s made, presumably) and all of them are positive. A quick look at the feedback from people who’ve purchased shows that they’re from multiple accounts, each with decent amounts of feedback so they seem legit. 
 

I can’t believe that nobody has given a bad review. But equally, I can’t believe that he’s gone to the trouble and expense of setting up and operating multiple eBay accounts just to pretend-buy from himself (and pay the associated fees) just to leave himself glowing feedback.

 

The absence of 1 star reviews suggests that he’s fudging the figures somehow. I just don’t see how?

Have you read the youtube comments? He seems like the kind of person who would do exactly that.

A bit unfair I think, he's a bit of an eccentric but he's not hurting anyone, and if the suspicion about his followers and ebay reputation is correct, he's not conning anyone out of any money either.  Or he's doing some kind of epic level trolling.   His builders finger 7 string butchery is a wonder to behold, I wonder if he's done a 5 to 4 one yet...

 

The other three should be packed onto one of Musks SpaceX things and sent out to investigate the uncharted backwaters of the unfashionable end of the western spiral arm of the Galaxy.

The "electric classical guitar" is top-notch, there's me thinking that the indicators of a classical guitar were the nylon strings and flat fretboard and a 48-52mm nut width whereas it's actually metal strings, a radiussed fretboard, and a 54mm nut width. Plus the colour-coded bridge pieces so you know which ones are the E strings.

 

That J with the two single coils wired as a "humbucker" - isn't the idea of a humbucker that one coil is wound one way, the other is wound the other way, then they're connected such that the signal is additive but the ambient electrical noise cancels out? So how would that work with two single coils wound the same way? Unless he's using "buck" with the meaning "increase" (buck up) rather than "oppose" (buck the trend).

For all of his hair-brained ideas, a series/parallel wiring change isn't too bad. I mean, usually on a jazz it's a switch rather than a permanent change, but whatever.
